Re: Squale Drass Ltd.
For me they should do one without date window and ditch the red on the minute hand... all white will work just fine. Otherwise it looks awesome!

Looks nice but I would prefer it without the red numbers.

Re: Wolbrook Skindiver
Carlo, you know, you wouldn't think these new Wolbrooks could get any nicer, but you found a way to do just that ! :excited: :salute: Am wondering if you might just be the very first to mod a Wolbrook. :o To be honest, there is a huge chance that you are, and it is awesome ! :headbang: I mean the w...

Re: Wolbrook Skindiver
Looks great Carlo. I didn't mind the original second hand, but that blue one does look better. I almost bought one, I could use a quartz, but I personally would have preferred a dive bezel, because I use my bezels all the time. And unlike you, it doesn't even occur to me that I could change it. Jef...

Thank you and yeah, it is affordable and that makes me happy!
It clearly shows me that one does not need to break the bank to have a nice watch and enjoy it...

Re: Wolbrook Skindiver
Thank you for the kind words. I did not mention it but the rotating bezel with the different time zones also is very cool and useful and also easy to understand.

Wolbrook Skindiver
I got this watch a few weeks ago and loved it from the beginning. This is a Skindiver from a company called Wolbrook. The watch is 40mm wide and has 20mm lugs. The heart is a Meca-Quartz from Seiko and a part from keeping outstaning time, the seconds hand ticks 4 times per second so it seems almost ...

Re: Hamilton’s latest Khaki Navy Scuba
The first thing I thought when I saw this was "it's a Swiss Army watch..." it looks really similar to a couple of theirs. Not bad but could use some more unique hands... at least.

Re: New Hamilton Khaki Aviation X-Wind Automatic Chronographs
The blue one looks really nice, if a bit busy. I don't think I could read all the small writing/numbers either...
But it looks aesthetic.

Re: Anyone know anything about Kemmner watches?
Kemmner has produced several watches for Eddie in UK, PRS Speedbird and Everest if I recall correctly. He was making a few watches on his own but not industrially, I mean he would have parts made and then put together watches. He had a few selling via Ebay, a very nice guy actually. He helped me a f...

Re: 6105 - Mouldy Lume advice.
If it is all original, meaning OEM and not aftermarket, I would not touch it. Due to the mold and who knows what else, you might end up damaging the dial lume or paint, leaving either scratches, missing paint, messed up lume. Don't ask me how I know... Of course maybe a PRO dial restorer migh...
