Re: Neil Peart dead at 67
Very sad news. I've been playing my own drums all day, playing along to Tom Sawyer and watching Neil's solos. One of my heroes from my childhood growing up playing drums, Neil was an inspiration. We didn't have YouTube or access to videos of his solos growing up so it was amazing to watch them later...

I'm in NY Times
Hi guys, Thought you might like this... yours truly is in the NY Times today. A reporter came and interviewed me a few weeks ago and the article just came out. There are a few errors on it but generally happy enough as these things go. Hopefully it will help with the kickstarer  https://www.ny...

At the moment I'm focusing on this kickstarter for Mileata, and if it goes well I might go back and look at the sea-02.gonzomantis wrote: ↑Tue Sep 10, 2019 8:48 pmLooks nice. Any chance the SEA-02 will ever move forward?

Mileata on Kickstarter
Hi Guys, I want to give you all a heads up. I have launched a kickstarter campaign for a new stainless steel version of the mileata watch. It has a lot of the things you have asked for over the years, drilled lugs, stainless steel, bracelet, Swiss movement, and keeps the 500 meter water rating and a...

Re: Rick Marei has officially left Doxa
I had a feeling this was coming. Rick wasnt on the Doxa stand much at baselworld. He spent a lot of time in other parts of the show with other watch brands.
I wish him all the best in the future too. He was a big help to me starting out.

Re: 2019 Aquadive model 50
My OCD is kicking in. I'm not sure why they did it but if you look at the inner scale the numbers 20 and 25 are following the pattern but 35 and 40 are the other way around. If you turn 35 and 40 around to be "the right way up" then would you not have 20 and 25 turned around too? It just looks off t...

Re: Breitling Is Leaving Baselworld
Doesn't surprise me at all. There will be more leaving. The show was tiny this year compared to last year which was half the size of the year before. But the entrance charge has never changed, 60 Swiss Francs / day. I don't think I'll be going next year. The cost for exhibitors is massive, Swatch we...

Re: LVMH donating 200 million Euro to Notre Dame
I did find it amusing that only a short time after Selma's hubby donated €100m that Arnault donated €200m
I'm guessing there is an ongoing dick measuring competition between these two. Although I think Pinault wins it by marrying Selma. [emoji16]
