It’s definitely a hirsch buckle but that looks to be a handmade strap. Maybe Art, Drew, but there are a lot of canvas strap makers out there. Canvas over leather with minimal stitch. Not to hard to replace.

Something is off. I think it’s the black bezel surround and crown mixed with the colors. I think if bezel and crown were stainless it would look better.
