Re: Problem down loading photos
The iPhone was still obsolete and needed to be replaced. It does suck that you had to spend more money around the same time. You know the Verizon store when I went there to get another iPhone, they tried to sell me the same model and I said I wanted the next upgraded model. Why are they still seali...

Re: Problem down loading photos
I guess I bought a new iPhone for nothing. Turns out was the laptop. The laptop started to get worse on photos downloads. You know how you can reverse your computer backwards for a few days before any updates in hopes it will fix it. Well, the computer would not restart after it. Called Costco warra...

Re: John Lennon’s $10 million Patek
That watch was bought when Rolex was cheaper and could afford one on military pay not now so I guess Patek price might of not been nuts at the time. People loved this guy at the time I was in the Navy was stationed in Gaum when he got murdered. When a bunch of us heard what happened we all went to a...

Re: WW1 era Chelsea US Navy No.3 Deck Clock
Going to drop it off Monday and see if the local guy can handle it. He did service another Chelsea Naval deck clock about the same age but all that one needed was a mainspring and service no other parts. If this only needs a service and mainspring, he can handle it. But if it needs more parts they m...

WW1 era Chelsea US Navy No.3 Deck Clock
Just got this delivered today. A WW1 era Chelsea US Navy No.3 Deck Clock. It has an eight-day movement made in 1916. Was thinking of sending to Chelsea for a service and redo of the case and resilver the dial and re-bluing the hands. They wanted 1000 bucks. But the case looks like a cool old pair of...

Re: Just bought a WW2 Australian Navy deck clock
This is why I collect military issued timepieces. It's like history on the wall or your wrist. Like this clock being from the HMAS Australia and being from the captain's cabin from around 1942. One of their captains was tragically killed during a kamikaze attack so this could be something he looked ...

AQUASTAR DEEPSTAR II FRATELLO Right around the beginning of this year, we introduced a very special collaborative Deepstar II edition with our friends at Fratello Watches in the Netherlands. Clad in an icy-blue dial, this frosty winter edition sold out in a span of just a few short minutes, so natur...
