Re: Just curious, why does Selita get a bad rap?

I have used the SW200 movement in my Hemlig and will be using an elabore version in the Hemlig LE and have have found them to be rock solid, reliable, and accurate.

Re: Nodus Avalon II

Love the watch, but not the hands. Not sure it's a deal breaker for me but would prefer a different style.

Re: New Tissot PRX Automatic Chronograph

Todd, that date window does kind of maybe get too much of our attention. You'r right. They could have stealthily placed it at 6 o'clock perhaps, or even 3 o'clock. Or left if off also right sir?! And Bjorn, I agree, these have a retro vibe, but aren't full on vintage redo which is refres...

Re: Karlskrona Hemlig LE Pass Around -UPDATE with Pictures

The first wave of pass-arounds is complete and I want to thank all that participated. The reviews were great and i am so glad everyone enjoyed the watch. I would be willing to do another round and would especially like if someone could compare against the Benrus Type 1 Reissue, with the price points...

Thanks for the suggestions, guys. I might try a couple different ones. I think I would like to start with the Scurfa. That looks really nice! If you can PM me his contact information to order, I would appreciate it.

White dial Sjoo Sandstrom Royal Steel Worldtimer - looking for a strap recommendation

Hey guys, so I picked this one up a couple months ago and really like it but would like to try it on a black rubber diving strap. Looking for something high-quality that won’t attract lint and doesn’t smell like vanilla pudding. Can you guys give me some suggestions?

Thanks!

I have a few watches remaining for any of you interested. Also, I might split my donation between Make-a Wish America and The Kentucky Tornado Relief efforts. I will confirm with all owners.

I’ll confirm these allegations. I posted over there about how inappropriate it was to post a member’s info. Amen. I like some of his watches but the guy is a major prick and has poor customer service skills. Having Todd pop up on TZ-UK was always a fun time..... Eddie and his cronies would get a la...

First new watch purchase in a long time!

Decided to own my first Swedish manufacturer watch, Sjoo Sandstrom. Haven't completely decided on which dial color but I am leaning white. Case Stainless steel, 36.4 mm or 41mm See-through case back. Individually numbered Scratch resistant sapphire crystal with anti-reflective coating Water Resistan...

Re: New Benrus Type I

12 months or so after the launch of the reissue type 1, was wonder what owners and past owners think of the watch. Glad you held onto it? Or glad you moved it on? No regrets? They are still available new from Benrus. I really like the looks and history, close to pulling the trigger on a purchase, b...

$50k range I’d look at the GV70 with sport package. Not a sedan, but quick and nice.

LOVE those. Probably my wife's next vehicle.

Re: Recommend me a sports sedan

Those aren't very fast or sporty. Even the new IS500 F is arguably in the class below the M3. It is, but 475 hp is plenty.... and it is one of the last great compact rwd sedans out there that you can get with a naturally aspirated V8 stuffed under the hood. Exhaust note sounds terrific (7,300 rpm r...

Been wanting an M3 for quite a while and considering pulling the trigger. Probably preowned (2016/17). $50K range.
I want to know about other competitors you recommend.
