Re: IWC Aquatimer 2000 strap options

I personally love the velcro. I don't remember exactly what I paid, but it was maybe half that ebay price for the strap and titanium end links. Got it from Superior Watch in NY. They either stock it or have it for you in a day. http://www.superiorwatch.com/ Once you have the end links, you can also ...

Re: Panerai SIHH 2014

PAM 590 (not an SIHH release, but a North American boutique edition) is intriguing, but I don't really understand the point. It would be much better with a 3 on the dial. It's almost as if OP is just throwing components in a mixer and producing whatever comes out. http://distilleryimage6.s3.amazona...

Yessir, I bought my Sub C from him and it was flawless - Thanh is a great guy. I also have a local friend who has bought almost exclusively from him.

Re: Panerai SIHH 2014

Far from a Panerai fan and no knowledge but I loved these that I got on Instagram, really cool pieces- http://img.tapatalk.com/d/14/01/23/eze7yven.jpg I like this one a lot. I'd never buy it because it's probably 55mmx20mm, but it looks nice. This is an odd duck - I like it, but AFAIK there is no p...

Am I the only one that gets irritated that Omega date wheels never match the dial?

Re: Just got to fondle an EZM3

One thing I just remembered about it - if reading the date is important to you, it's probably best to move on - the red date is next to impossible to read. I never even bothered setting the date on mine since I couldn't see it anyway. That could be partly due to my color blindness, but I've heard o...

I think it pretty much wears like a 40mm, not really bigger. Definitely smaller than the U1. Wears like a sub.

I like the lefty crown. The lume is good. Not like a torch, I don't think Sinns are known for great lume in general, but it's decent.
