I happen to love them for the price and the OD and Brown fabric "patinas" for a great warmer look overtime. Something i don't get as much with the seatbelt fabrics.

Looks like most 20/22mm are back in stock for those of us with mortadella wrists, and who enjoy being able to double over the strap into both keepers.

That is a great line-up! How do you like the Pelagos 39? What are your thoughts on the bezel and dial finishes? i still want to try a pelagos 39. okay, boys - a mini P39 review: TL;DR Love it... 9/10 Like any other watch, it does have its nuances, or as Doug Demuro would say "quirks and features" I...

The price is absolutely bonkers. Go find a SNDA57P1. Wake me up when prices come correct.

How to measure curved spring bars?
Entertaining the idea of servicing this one sometime this year: https://www.thedivewatchconnection.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=77675 According to my crap calipers, lug with is 18mm on the watch head, but the original roached curved spring bars are 21mm tip-to-tip when fully extended. If I purchase 18m...

I have my FILs LM 5206-6020 which was one of the models before this one although doesn't say hi-beat on the dial.
Needs servicing and i've been putting it off forever... Not sure if anyone has the know how as the 5206 movements quick set date is fragile and that's currently part of the problem.

Timing my tops on the kitchen barstool, enjoying a beer, watching the parm stock simmer for chicken marsala tonight.
Got a good roasting for my tops here, but will get one of you fuckers to succomb to this hobby, or so help me!

I didn't mind the MM300 bracelet and managed to get a good fit. It was the top heaviness that was a factor and could have benefited from wider lugs... They could have made this rendition so much better but missed the mark.

Re: New Farer Aqua Compressors
Red is hot! Ive always liked Farer even though never owned one... they've always given the feel/perception -- whether it be marketing or killer designs and colors -- that they could surpass Bremont at any moment, and especially with an in house movement. Probably far fetched, but wish nothing for th...

Speedy on the Fostner 1450. I get it now. They really packed-in a lot for the price. Delivery was crazy ordeal, though, but won't hold that against them (USPS). OEM clasp is giving up the ghost on its spring... Hopefully it's something Nesbit can address when I eventually send her off. Otherwise, th...

Re: Air Force Sale at Marathon Watches 50% Off!
I thought i could go into this promotion having jumped out of dozens of planes, and having worked with some great CCT/TACP in my time, thinking it might be a tasteful USAF line of text at the bottom, but that modern logo is a bit much. Would be cool if a watch company would actually represent the ma...

Love it but too gimmicky for me to own.
Wish they would have continued doing anniversary speedies for all the Apollo missions.

Re: NWA and a Trip to the Georgia Aquarium
Is that a jubilee on the 39? Who makes that!? Yes, sir - that is the Ti Jubilee from Uncle Straps - made for the Pelagos so it fits perfect. Uncle sells two versions - one with his Uncle clasp and one w/o the clasp meant to use the Tudor clasp. Which did you get? On the site he shows the uncle seik...
