Wearing the newest version right now. I too prefer the pip at 12, but I’m a fan of the updated wider waves and the date being moved to 6 o’clock instead of 3. I really disliked the new super heavy bracelet of the Seamaster, though the micro-adjust is great, so I swapped it with the Forstner bracelet...

Yeah, I joined over a decade ago when I was deployed (N. Iraq, IIRC), and haven’t taken my foot off of the gas until recently. Still checking this and a specific subsection of WUS a few times daily, but plan to pull way back for the foreseeable future, minus trying to find a birth year Sub or SD.

Starbucks

Both the VC and the Patek that I like are about $40k, so not happening for a long time, if ever.

I really want a VC or Patek as my “I’m done buying watches” watch.

I have the RubberB and the Everest (both for deployant), and just sold the RubberB with tang buckle here; I prefer the deployant option.

Both are very nice and comfortable, but I prefer the RubberB over the Everest.

@Brice- I will say that you should 100% add a RubberB. I have owned both options, and prefer it for the deployant buckle.

Agree with all above- my No Date is definitely my favorite piece. But I’m wearing the Starbucks on the newly released green Everest (for deployant) today.

Yes. It’s the only piece I own with any blue in the dial or bezel (both on this one), so I won’t be selling this. Had the chance to get a Rolex OP41 or Datejust 41 in blue, and simply put, I just like this better.

Like Paul and Seth, best place I ever visited was the P.I., and not the one where I became a Marine (Parris Island).

I’m in the 4-6 total watches Club, with 2-3 nice and 2-3 beaters.

This on a Forstner bracelet. Might be the safest watch in the box other than my No Date Sub.

Waited 3 years to try a CasiOak out, once the insanity around them died down a little. I’m a fan.

Tossed the new Everest on the Starbucks. I’m a fan.

I like both. The quality for each is very high, and I’ve had both on tang buckle as well, and prefer the RubberB for tang, but the deployant option is a win with either brand.

This landed, and I’m a fan. Also ordered a green rubber Everest strap for the Starbucks.

So, are any of you looking to sell now that you’ve owned the Ultra for a month?

Thinking about getting one for working out, rucking and to track my sleep. Thoughts?

My oldest/longest owned beater, a Lum-Tec Combat B16. The owner gave this to me back in 2010’ish to abuse, and I wore it on several deployments.

Was a mess that was intentionally designed to do what it did- drive traffic to the site. With the crashes, re-captcha checks, and overall weird
/poor experience with the app, I can understand why people were pissed off.

Able to log in through Tapatalk, Safari and Chrome.
