He should change the gearing to make the last gear revolve in 73.2 years. The way it’s setup now it is nuts, with virtually little movement. For 8500 GBP, you should at least get some entertainment from it.

I think I found the right one
Okay I was looking for a good alternative to an IsoFrane (I don’t like Pure) for my newer Supermarine and I found that in a few fantastic Zulu Diver straps (real nice), but the Artem “sailcloth” came in today…it’s perfect! The quick release pins made it an a easy swap and here it is… https://uploads...

Re: Best?
Many good recommendations here. I can recommend the Artem sailcloth strap, a bit on the pricier side but excellent quality and breaks in really quickly. https://i.imgur.com/XawN13W.jpg The tropic strap by Wolbrook is excellent as well, pairs with Baltic in terms of quality and comfort. https://i.po...

Re: Best?
Okay, got the first two in… Both are Zulu diver straps from watchgecko and super soft. The first is interesting, because it curves in at the lug ends. It reminds me of a Pure, but a little softer. The second is a waffle style strap, which I saw a similar styled strap on a Supermarine GMT and I liked...

Re: Best?
IMO the Vintage Tropic straps like these (if you can find them). I haven't tried these new ones, but expect they are similar (Etsy seller). https://i.etsystatic.com/20946365/r/il/e6cc20/2026523339/il_794xN.2026523339_rhck.jpg Believe it or not, I’m not a fan of the vintage tropic straps. I’ve recei...

I just got that one. The curved end create too much of a gap, unfortunatelyjimyritz wrote:What about temple island from Bremont? Also the the Monta rubber strap looks good.

Best?
What is the best rubber dive strap going right now? I want to get a straight ended (at lugs) rubber strap for my newer Supermarine and I’m not liking how stiff the Pure that I bought for it is. I love me some IsoFrane, but I’m looking for something a bit more refined. I’m looking for the same feel/s...
