I don’t know what is up with that last one. Looks larger and date isn’t in the right spot for either a Willard or NAFT. It has something to do with the ISO Dive watch standard. Apparently there must be lume at the 3 position. The new Marine Masters & Tunas have that tiny lume plot cut into the chap...

I’m guessing the arrow tipped hand is the GMT hand, but without a scale I’m not certain how useful it is. I think it’d be ever nicer without the GMT hand I don’t disagree.
