Re: SEIKO PRESAGE COCKTAIL POWER RESERVE "BLACK CAT MARTINI"

Is it the complications that make it thick?

Re: More than $5 mil raised on kickstarter by micro brand

Not my thing but well done to them for designing it and doing so well with the launch.

I do however think they should have made more of the NASA connection as it is approved by NASA and maybe used the word NASA a few more times in the copy.

Re: Incoming!!! MTB content

I agree on the 1x but recently I’ve had a few chain drops on fast bumpy downhills not sure why, could be chain stretch?

Did a little hill training this morning. Five miles straight up.

Re: Incoming!!! MTB content

That'll be a sweat bike! Congrats! I gave up my full suspension and built a hard tail https://i.postimg.cc/J7Zxs7dH/60599-E4-B-B0-EF-4382-A90-F-537314-B621-C8.jpg Nice build. I been looking at the Meta HT and would love one or something like it at some point. What size tyres are you on, why steel a...

Re: Incoming!!! MTB content

This nice thing about a fluid trainer is it works all your little stabilizing muscles as you balance on the bike. Maybe spin classes do to. Are you the only dude in class? No, but there are definitely more women than men. Probably a 2:1 ratio. With spinning, I've found I need to actively engage my ...

Incoming!!! MTB content

Last year I tried to get back on my bike (2010 Scott Spark full suspension with 26" wheels) and do something about my size. I'd managed to creep back up to 230lbs over the last five years or so and was starting to feel very uncomfortable. The last time I was properly riding I had managed to get down...

Are you Perezcope? https://steemit.com/life/@perezcopehunter/perezcope-amperes-jose-pereztroika-the-worst-watch-faker-in-the-world-perezcope-saga-part-1 Wait, if I read that correctly, the OP is cited together with counterfeiters who join forums and ask for advice about fitting the watch parts toge...

Re: Long time lurker

I’ve been lurking around here for years reading and learning. I’m on a few other watch forums but mainly started out doing my own custom watch builds with vintage Panerai themed watches. Gradually the vintage builds became vintage watch purchases and so forth. I like to tinker quite a bit and over ...

Re: Going Quartz, Never Thought It Would Happen

I had a UX and loved it and my interested (wish) list has been mostly quartz for a while. This may be tied to my dwindling interest in watches and my annoyance at constantly having to wind one to wear it. I work from home and don’t always put on a watch which means almost everything is dead anytime ...

Re: WRUW Friday July 19th

Haven’t posted a wruw in a while. I’ve kinda lost interest (riding seems to have taken over) and alternate between this and the Pelagos most days. That said the Pelagos may soon be on the block to help me get something carbon, trail like and fast. https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/20190720/0a040d2cfa...

How are the canvas straps?

Looking at the ISO I’m reminded how much I can’t understand how people can sell things without cleaning them.

I held a couple of them at Wind Up last Saturday. Great quality and eye candy. I would’ve definitely preferred brushed case sides with polished edges. https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/20190501/ec83c135010ff8ae6bbd5253014c51c2.jpg https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/20190501/bda4d3566a80386ae4b51f57512...
