I need to avoid looking “tactical” at work, so I’ve used Timbuk2 bags for years. They’ve served me well and are made in the USA.

Another USA made bag is WaterField Designs.

They make quality stuff. I I have one of their backpacks, slings and smaller electronic items.

That thing is wrong on so many levels and hideous.
