Re: 2021 Ford Bronco Release - 7/13

Tell me it’ll be flat towable behind an RV and I might pick up a used one in a few years if they prove dependable. Dependable from Ford is the key as I have been a Honda and Toyota owner for almost 30 years. Unfortunately, with few exceptions Honda and Toyota gave checked out of all the “exciting a...

Re: 2021 Ford Bronco Release - 7/13

I want a Gladiator but would never buy one. But man they look great. We'll stick to our boring Lexus GX.

This new Bronco looks extremely promising. Love the boxy Defender-ish shape I’m seeing.

A Cayman is in my future for sure (too hot here for a convertible, I already tried once).
You'll love it, fantastic car. I still miss my Cayman R sometimes :crybaby:

Ugh, why did you have to sell this one? Cayman R is such an underrated modern Porsche.

I think this idea in concept is good, but in reality it falls a bit flat for me.

Thanks. That looks really good. I wonder if those would work with the toxic slim fat spring bars.

Re: real-world experience of MM

Have been eyeing picking up another MM300 recently, and just pulled the trigger on an SBDX017 (and hopefully this does not derail my BB58 aspirations). We'll see if this one lasts. Although not a perfect watch, it really is the ultimate Seiko diver in my opinion; every time I wear a NAFT, MM200, etc...

Looks amazing. As you said, very close to the OG snowflake blue.

Sadly, looks like I waited too long yesterday and lost out on the one I had dibs on.

Well I tried to pick one up, but waited too long after initially offered to me and my only option was on strap. I passed. But I’m totally smitten.

Have been offered one by an AD. Thinking hard about it. Although I’m leaning towards holding the course on an original BB58.

Not more than a Submariner.

Damn, I think I will need to move the Sinn 104 blue.

You are correct; a Submariner is also extremely boring.
So boring.

Re: New LE Teaser on WB Site

Would you guys prefer a white-dialed EZM or a U1? I'd take either...
Hope it's not a U1 actually, as my U1P is going nowhere, and I really could not justify having two U1s. I don't think.

Announcement on July 1. Nothing confirmed, but apparently it's a blue BB58. I bet it's pretty awesome.

The Defender looks much better in the metal than the initial images that were released.
To me it feels closer to an iteration of the Discovery than to the Defender.
Agree. I don't hate it, but calling it a Defender is very generous.
