Re: Hello from Canada

Well, I don't post often in these parts but a huge welcome... especially since you're a friend of James who happens to top-notch and also with that fantastic collection of yours. The only other fighter pilot that can match that type of hardware is craniotes... oh wait, he's not a pilot but plays one...

Re: Hublot, Arturo Fuente and a special guest...

It's always nice to meet up with the craniotes. Although we were not seated together, I ended up at a table with a guy I met at a WUS/DOXA GTG back in 2008... and some guy named Spanish Rob. ;) The Fuente LE, similar to many watches, look a lot nicer in person. For those that enjoy cigars,...

The vintage Rolex world is crazy. I'm learning a bit more since a good friend of mine picked up a couple or vintage Rollies.

I know this seller (FWIW).

Wu-Tang Clan x G-Shock DW-6900

Doubt many follow the Wu (no, not that one) around here but as part of Wu Tang Clan's 20th Anniversary and G-Shock's 30th Anniversary, Casio introduced another collaboration piece. Limited edition and released only in the US. Enter the Wu-Tang! http://i341.photobucket.com/albums/o384/luketani/Watche...

CLOT X G-Shock DW-6900

Been sticking with G-Shocks this year. Just picked up the CLOT x G-Shock collabo. To commemorate both Casio's 30th anniversary and CLOT's 8th birthday, the two brands team up for a collaborative timepiece, choosing gummy, semi-translucent casing and strap in ruby red with Clot branding on t...

Re: Rolex Explorer II 216570 Black or White? I can only keep

Thanks everyone! A resounding 'win' for the white dial.

In the end, both versions are truly magnificent looking. I decided not to part with either. This deal would have been a huge trade up, which would also include a huge sum of cash from me, which I cannot do.

I think, a couple of years down the line, Panerai will release an in-house movement version of the 399. That would be my ultimate.

Rolex Explorer II 216570 Black or White? I can only keep one

I have the black dial and white dial Rolex Explorer II 216570 but I have to let one go. I enjoy both of them equally for different reasons so it's a hard choice. So which one do I keep?

THANKS!

Ryan... that's some fantastic photos! Bought my first 'real' mountain bike back in 1988. It was a Giant ATX700 (or something like that). Then a few years later, I built up this Rocky Mountain Element with Race Face drivetrain/Magura hydraulic brakes, etc. http://i341.photobucket.com/albums/o384/luke...
