The Dive Watch Connection

I have one but cannot get it to fit on my 14060 drilled lug old Sub. Fits loosely on my old GMT-Master (not perfect). I was told they were designed for the new sports models.

Again and again... for such a simple watch, it is endlessly fascinating.

Just went for an early morning run here in Dresden... wore this to time it.

En route to Glashutte for a visit to Lange. Wearing a distant cousin... for now.

Hard to believe that in all these years of flipping, I've never so much as buckled a Panerai on my wrist. One of only a handful of watches I regret ever selling. And that strap is beautiful on it.

A really nice looking piece is ruined by the rehaut text. 10 min? 30 min? 35 min? That is only even marginally useful if you start timing something with the minute hand at twelve o'clock. And then why those times highlighted and not, say.... 42 min? Ugh. It's this sort of design-y stuff that drives ...
