Re: Everest band? (Rolex content)
I have one but cannot get it to fit on my 14060 drilled lug old Sub. Fits loosely on my old GMT-Master (not perfect). I was told they were designed for the new sports models.

Re: IWC 3717 anyone?
It's a great watch. It is one of the most eye-pleasing and visually interesting watches out there. As Adam said, it takes strap changes well. Well-built and rugged, it can dress up pretty well too. The only reason I parted with mine was because I'm more of a diver than a pilot and found I always rea...

What do you think, keeper?
I think this one will stick around for a while, at least until I cash in my whole collection to acquire a 372.

What took me so long? This one should have been a no-brainer for me all these years. It ticks so many boxes for me it's ridiculous... I'm not a big leather guy (awaiting jokes) but this one looks so right on the padded black leather with contrast stitch. I suspect I'll be adding straps too. http://i...

Juvenile innuendo intended... Some early shots my wife took during our week in Bonaire with the PAM 305. (Ignore the DOXA patch )

Got this to take diving next week... curious to hear the alarm underwater! What a lovely watch. Domed crystal, knurled bezel, nice size Wears a lot like the Longines Legend Diver. Stand by for video! http://i494.photobucket.com/albums/rr308/watchnerd/49FB229C-BF94-4F5E-8715-E118F1015F90-3879-0000028...

First Panerai I've ever strapped on
Hard to believe that in all these years of flipping, I've never so much as buckled a Panerai on my wrist. I got this PAM 305 as a loaner for my trip to Bonaire next week and I can tell already I love it and may need to add an OP to my collection very soon. Sorry for the quick, crappy iPhone photo. h...

Re: New Magrette Professional
A really nice looking piece is ruined by the rehaut text. 10 min? 30 min? 35 min? That is only even marginally useful if you start timing something with the minute hand at twelve o'clock. And then why those times highlighted and not, say.... 42 min? Ugh. It's this sort of design-y stuff that drives ...

Re: OT: Anyone been to Caye Caulker Belize?
Belize is fantastic. We stayed out on Lighthouse Reef Atoll, so quite a ways from Caye Caulker but regardless, the diving is top notch. We saw plenty of sharks (including a hammerhead), rays, groupers, etc. and the coral was in great shape. If you can make it out to the Blue Hole, it is an awesome e...
