Re: Seiko 6159 reissue!!!!

Seiko really dropped the ball on this one. I'm hoping the next iteration of the MM300 will skew towards the 6159 more than they already do, but I'm not holding my breath.

15400 wears a bit big IMO. Look at used 15300s as well.

Thoughts on Vacheron Constantin Overseas?

Don't mess around. If you're going to do this, go big. 15202 or Nautilus. Don't waste your time or your money on the other stuff.

It is the 1200t case size. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk The 1200 is my sweet spot with Doxa’s - (7 inch wrist) That looks fantastic! I think they did a great job with that one... and those bracelets are so comfortable Congrats  Mine too. My 1200T Pro is a keeper. Your Poseidon is a re...

Fine on a big wrist. Overwhelming on average or below.
The chamfers are sexy though, I may still do that to my SubC after the warranty runs out
Do it. I was going to do the same before I sold mine. I think someone (maybe Ed) told me ABC WatchWerks would do it for a reasonable price.

Re: Black Bay GMT, 58, S&G & Tudor 1926 First Impressions

Here's the best side view of the 58 I can find (plenty more out there on Instagram). Not thin, but very much Submariner-like in terms of case thickness.

Re: New Tag Heuer Autavia Hodinkee LE

It's very cool. My only issue is that these Heuer 02 based watches are pretty thick. I loved the Jack Heuer 85th birthday panda dial I tried this weekend, but the thickness compared to the Speedmaster I was wearing at the time was a bit of a deal breaker for me.

Re: Black Bay GMT, 58, S&G & Tudor 1926 First Impressions

I like them. The smaller snowflake hand is nice. It’s a big watch though. Many of the wrist shots show the watch looking too big for the wearer. Yeah, the photos head on look great, but that slab side........... never again. I was hoping this would be a bit thinner and less slab-sided, but the pict...

I've always wanted one of these (and don't have Smellody money for one ): http://cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0809/1255/products/Rolex_Submariner_JamesBond_5510_AS01080_1_grande.jpg?v=1440454445 And an "official" Rolex-ish homage to this is about as good as it's ever going to get for most of us: h...

Re: Black Bay GMT, 58, S&G & Tudor 1926 First Impressions

Oh hell, after thinking about this, I think I'm going to need that 58 at some point. It really is everything I've wanted in a throwback Sub-perfect size, gilt everywhere, red triangle on the bezel, and chamfers. I'll overlook the crown issue. Someday, someone is going to release aftermarket mercedes...

Ben, I don't own the Poseidon, but it's the same size as the 1200T, which I own along with an anniversary 300 SR. The dial on this one isn't huge, but it's noticeably larger than the 300 dial.
