Re: Westworld?

I almost stopped watching season two, but after episode two it got good. I wouldn’t listen to anyone who hasn’t watched at least until the middle.

Just like son wearing dad’s watch.

It’s cool though. They’re stupid watches, not international diplomacy.

Re: New Blancpain Fifty Fathoms Ocean Commitment III Limited Edition

I like it and could even get used to the logo. Brushed case is a big plus. I wish they would just make a non LE < 45mm. The 40mm series 1-3 LEs are the best watches that BP has ever made. I’m not sure why they can’t release something similar as a regular watch. With that said, the 45mm version is r...

I like it, even the logo. Better than the poke ball at least. I don’t like the lack of gold surrounds.

Re: Raven's Endeavour

Eta movements mus have been getting much cheaper recently, many micros getting it. Swatch group quickly reversed course on their idiotic "we're not selling them to anyone" policy Hemorrhaging money would do that to you. Too bad Richemont never bother to develop an entry level movement for their bra...

I read your review last night, and I like that a surprising amount. It's like a digital APRO or something. I think $500 is a reasonable price.

You should be on Seikos payroll as you have good taste.
That means he's not qualified. Bad taste only.

I just wish it was 2mm thinner.
Omega doesn't sell a watch that wouldn't benefit from being 2mm thinner. Only the Speedy Pro is OK.

Funny you say that
I think it looked 100x better with the older dial.
The new GS only looks very unbalanced to me
Eric has terrible taste. He’s like a compass that points south.

I’ll take a bracelet with micro adjust over GS case finishing. They really need to update their clasp. It’s near worst in class.

I like this one. The crown guards are stupid and unnecessary, but it’s otherwise pretty cool.

I agree about the hands. They seem a little off.

Re: New Grand Seiko Limited Editions! Photos From Vegas

They sell so many watches in the DJ style and they’re all too thick. Only the quartz are under 13mm.

Are these ones all 13.5mm? That’s as thick as a Rolex sub. Too thick for what they are.

Re: New Grand Seiko Limited Editions! Photos From Vegas

Nice looking. GS needs to cut their watches’ thickness 20%. Almost every one of them is chubky.
