Re: To Brice and all others in the Carolinas... Be safe!

Not too bad in Charlotte
A few streets flooded, lots of rain and wind. A tree fell on one of our rental houses. Other than that everyone survived.
Oh and all JLC Polaris's flooded at our AD

Re: Seamaster Professional Diver 300M Review

I’ve said before..... I bet we see a 2254 styled variant in a year or two. Having the case, movement, and clasp already done makes the rest easy. I’ll buy one when it happens. I’m with Hop, black dial 2254 and I’m in. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk Yep that's what I meant. Bond SMP never excite...

I’ll never own another Richemont product. Did I miss something with the Polaris? Went back. Two separate QC/service issues in one month. Flooded as the one in the review? Or something else? Link below. I also had bad service experiences with an IWC and a Panerai. The Panerai came back from a polish...

Here we go again Panerai, 47mm is over! How can they not get that? And that's coming from me with an ~8" wrist. Make more 44mm models for the love of God As I've said before, I don't think the people who run Richemont/Panerai are completely bereft of business acumen. I have to think that if all of ...

So, still not sure if there is a method to the madness, or just madness -- but here we are! I was really excited to get the Blancpain FF Milspec LE mid-summer, but that turned to disillusionment when I could not get the friction pins out to allow for strap changes, and since I bought the watch in l...

Re: IWC don't make 'em like they used to

My biggest watch design peeve is the windshield / viagra date window. As an intelligent human , based on today's date, I can easily deduce what yesterday was and what tomorrow will be. It's simply silly - it's trying too hard to fit the flight altimeter paradigm into a place where it doesn't belong...
