It's great on a bracelet for now, otherwise I'll build up the thickness at the lugs :)

Re: WRUW.......16th Nov 2017

Stopped at our Rolex/Tudor AD during lunch, tried a bunch of variants/colors on, fell in love with this one.

Re: Sub-C or SD4K

The SD-C is currently extremely expensive. Unless you're getting a crazy good deal I would absolutely never sell a watch with sentimental value so that I could overpay for something that I may or may not like more. +1 And it does wear small and tall, which depending on your wrist could be a good or...

Crown spacer does hold me back a little
It might be a nonissue on the wrist after getting used to it. Only ownership would make that clear for me.
They're getting to be cheap, especially on a strap (for me), maybe it's time

Re: Red Bar event Friday

I've always wondered how does this Red Bar work? What's the formula? Any GTG can be called Red Bar or Adam has to be present? They license it. I hate it. It cheapens the great times we had when it was just a few of us sitting around the table at the actual Red Bar. I don't get the appeal, you would...

Re: Anyone want my Black Bay now?

I like her. She's the MaDonna of the current time. Having said that I can forsee a mass Pelagos sell off coming.[emoji1] Ha, I sold mine the day she became an ambassador, not on purpose but just a coincidence  RIP BWITW? Yeah, I'm afraid so. But I'll be back I'm sure one day, probably with the...

Re: Unboxing.

I thought Volvos always leased terribly? We went to go lease one (forget the model), the sales guy laughed and said it would almost be twice the price of her X3, hence why we went with the X3. Sent from my SM-G935V using Tapatalk i feel like i got a pretty aggressive lease from them. They don't off...

Re: Last week was a bit busy...

is this a sign of a price increase or what's the story behind the "no more sport models until 2018" No one seems to know. Speculation seems to be all over the place including Rolex purposely holding back shipments to "starve" grey market dealers/resellers, to moving entirely to the newer movements ...

I'm not a buyer. It's nice but I can think of several other watches for $13K that I'd buy before this one.
That's the problem with these LTD editions, a regular side of the moon is in 6K range but these will never get there.
