Re: New Seiko Lowercase Digital Fieldmaster

It’s interesting. I like it. BTW, what’s lowercase? I’ve seen this pop up on a few Seiko models now.

I think those are gorgeous, although not a fan of the upside down VI..
That might be one of the dumber features I’ve seen on a GS. Most are well executed.

Re: A Close Look at 4 Rare Grand Seikos

I really want to like that spiral dial but it just feels too me too Omega 007 Edition. I really like Seiko but it starting to feel like GS models are getting washed down and convoluted. In fairness to GS, it was a limited edition for Nakaishu, so I'm not even sure if they designed it. But I do thin...

Re: Longines Heritage Skin Diver Review

Doesn’t suck, but as much as I’ve been infatuated with the modern vintage look, I think I’m pretty over faux aged lume. What’s wrong with making a watch like the old model but making it actually look new?

Took the pooch for a walk in the woods so snapped a pic along the trail. https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/20180421/2e066df206e7a2f94bbebbd94719644f.jpg Man I wish these fit me better. Re: Denim

I can’t believe I’ve made another post in this thread that actually has anything to do with raw/rigid denim. I decided to buy Roundhouse jeans since I wanted something heavier than 12oz Levi’s which seem to tear on me in a few months and it was also a huge plus that they’re made in America. I got on...

Re: Monta Basel releases just went hot!

Had anyone tried the Oceanking on an Isofrane? I dont' think so. Most of them use the stock rubber strap. And it is a really nice strap, so maybe that is why someone hasn't tried it yet. Nothing is more comfortable than an Isofrane, though. If I had a 20mm iso, I'd probably use it in lieu of the st...

Re: $20,000 to spend on a second car. What do you buy?

I recently got a loaded 2014 Edge Sport for $24k. If you didn’t mind going a couple years older for an SEL model I’m sure that’s doable. Not sure how heavily it classifies as fun to drive, but it’s a 3.7L 305hp V6 with a 6 speed auto with paddle shifters, AWD and a sub 6 second 0-60. I still enjoy g...

Late to this but just started listening to the first episode. Only 10 minutes in. I’m a big fan of Farah from the get go. His TST YouTube channel is one of the first things that I ever subscribed to on YouTube.

Apparently, Seiko still knows how to hit some home runs New presage with new 6L35 movement. Apparently it's a thinner 6r15.
