The MM200 is a better continuation of the Marinemaster than the new MM300s, IMO. I'd agree since I like the older 001/017 models better. However, ...

Re: New Seiko Thread

Yeah I’ve never been thrilled with the 6R15. 4R36 has been solid for me though. The SRP777 ran really fast when I got it but adjusted it and it’s very accurate since and stayed consistent. While I’ve only had the SRPC44 for a few days it’s stayed dead on since hitting a full wind. No complaints ther...

Nice. Will this fix a bezel misalignment?
I doubt it unless the click spring jumped completely out of spot when it broke.

I might be interested . Maybe the translation in my own head doesn’t stand since I’ve been drinking Centennial IPA all day, but doesn’t that list put it around $700? So I’m guessing around $400-$500 by the time it is readily available. $701 Did you just Price is Right me? WTF mate?  ...

I’ve stuck to keep it simple. Added the gold NAFT thanks to some good old fashioned enabling here. https://i.ibb.co/P95qW7k/27940-A5-D-A7-EE-4-B04-B20-C-F5-BD3392-F6-D8.jpg https://i.ibb.co/Kyfmc4s/847-DA55-A-6-B2-D-411-F-9744-9-C674-E66685-E.jpg https://i.ibb.co/k1k139k/7-D7-B2730-F393-4159-969-A-3...

Broken click spring

Just after I listed my NAFT for sale I noticed the bezel felt stiff compared to how it used to operate. After I decided to keep it I popped the bezel and the click spring was broken in half at the thinnest part about halfway between the two clicks. A new spring ordered ran me $17, but for some that ...

Back on the Isofrane. https://i.imgur.com/OHizEM0.jpg?1 Looks great and the watch is large enough it probably wears well. I’ve only had the ISO on the NAFT and Tuna models and I find with the short lug to lug and flat wrist that it always squeezes the sides of my wrist. I’d love to try the ISOfrane...

My pictures always lose quality when I resize them. There’s been a small handful of pictures that I was actually happy with after resizing and uploading. I think I might need to find a better program.

Re: Seiko SKX Discontinued (?)

Just looked at the new 5's. Same case as the SKX but, for some reason, the WR has been dropped from 200m to 100m (I assume this will allow Seiko to sell them for less). The SKX line has been around for a long time, so it's somewhat iconic. But, IMHO, the SRP (NAFT) line is far superior to the SKX l...
