Kalmar 2, the result of no sleep and a manic mind
Woke in the middle of the night with the Kalmar 2 on my mind. So I find myself at the laptop configuring a Kalmar 2 just messing around with different variations. Earlier that day my wife had walked by and saw the Blue dial with Orange hands and said wow that looks really different and good. Before ...

Just picked up this Diver...Last one left in stock
So I was on Armida's site the other day and noticed this diver and it was the last one left in stock with the 2824-2 Movement. Armida A3 44mm Diver. Pretty nice piece of gear for the Money and Movement! It seems to wear larger than the listed 44mm I guess due to the 24mm lugs. Also has a double dome...

Very cute! Friends of ours have a "Dash-hound" as their 3yr old daughter calls it great little dogs.:) Haha! That is good stuff!! These Dash-Hounds can be a lot of fun but always heard they are hard to house break as they can stubborn lol.... They can be stubborn, more like smart enough to ask "Why...

Re: Let's see some of your Dogs with your Diver.....
I lived with Wiener dogs for 18 years, love them. This your first Dachshund? It actually is my first one. My wife is a professional Dog Trainer and has competed on a national level for quite sometime now. She is house breaking her and giving her guidance at an early age. It has been a lot of fun an...

Re: Just picked up this clean looking tool Diver...
Man, that is good looking. And, while it does look like a Seal, it has a different enough set up on the dial and hands to set it apart a bit. Your pics make me wonder why Kobold did not use the allen screw set up. That set up rocks and sure does help prevent screwdriver slippage and resulting scrat...

Re: Just picked up this clean looking tool Diver...
I guess they don't sell this new anymore? I checked their site, but only the saw-blade bezel version is shown. Damn shame, that's a winner. I'd rock that  Yeah I went there the other day and saw they had only one left in stock and with a ETA 2824 to boot. I had been looking at it for a whil...

DCJ, Nice addition. The A5 with the new dial and original bezel is one of my favorite Armidas. http://i50.photobucket.com/albums/f320/DEMO842/Armida/ArmidaA5OrigBzlWrst_Logo_zps5a5a3fba.jpg~original Nice picture. Been eyeing this one for a while and it was the last one Chris had at Armida. Armida A5 with the older style bezel and 2824 Movement. Really liking the domed sapphire crystal. Wears a bit larger than the listed 42 to 43mm due to the oversized bezel. Has hex screws for the case lugs and bracelet link...

Re: The ULTIMATE Bracelet for the 300m Saturation Diver!!
Very nice combo! Good vision for what you wanted for your OS300! :-) Well said. I definitely was going after a certain look. I really like a beefy bracelet and cannot stand when a bracelet does not match up to the standard of the watch case itself making it unbalanced. I don't mind a little taper t...

Re: The ULTIMATE Bracelet for the 300m Saturation Diver!!
Thanks guys! I am super stoked about this bracelet and how balanced it makes the Orient Saturation feel. I will definitely polish the sides of the bracelet to have it flow better with the polished sides of the 300m. For some reason the watch just feels better now and it definitely has the look I was...

I agree and was just thinking that myself. I am going to have my watchmaker polished the sides of the bracelet to match the polished sides of the OS300 case. Great point!!Axelay2003 wrote:Needs to have a polished area on the bracelet to make the watch coexist with it in harmony.

The ULTIMATE Bracelet for the 300m Saturation Diver!!
Hey Bros, I have been digging this bracelet ever since I saw it and handled it a while back. It was tough but I talked Chris in at Armida to send me a 22mm Bracelet like this since he does not sell them separately. He is the man! Thank you Chris with Armida. Anyways I was dying to get one for my Sat...

I am not a Rolex fan having owned pieces from Breitling, Blacpain, Chopard, Ulysse Nardin....and so on but that post cannot be remotely real. No sane person can actually think his no name quartz watch would compare to probably the most recognized name in the watch industry. He is a troll, gotta be l...

Re: Just dropped....Well worth it for under a Grand!!
Too cool Don ! :headbang: ..Terrific how these watches seem to go from ultra dress mode, to aggressive sport mode with such ease. Think it has a lot to do with the incredible care that was taken to design such a beautiful case, as well as bezel. Then to add in such an extremely eye-catching dial is...

Re: Just dropped....Well worth it for under a Grand!!
I've been thinking of buying an orange one. I have a hard time getting past the Orient brand name and logo, but the rest of the watch looks great. Yeah it is rather big but you will not care once you get it in hand I don't think. I have seen the orange in person and it looks really good. I have had...
