Re: Karlskrona Hemlig Mil Series Dive Watch

Yes, no date versions as well. The insert is aluminum. I like them both. A matte ceramic insert would make it perfect. While I certainly understand the allure of the ceramic insert, I want to keep the design specs more inline with the original style. Appreciate your input though!

These are very nice.
Part of me does want something on the dial even though most here probably disagree and like it bare bone as it is. :)
You can see the ghost dial, right Brice?

Re: Karlskrona Hemlig Mil Series Dive Watch

One design spec of this watch I want to nail is the drilled lug position. Once I get the first prototype, I plan on getting some input from a few of you by sending the piece around so people can handle it and try different straps and send me their ideal lug hole position measurements. I will take th...

Making some tweaks to the design. Flat indices and considering bead blasted finish.

Thoughts?

To Brice and all others in the Carolinas... Be safe!

A non-watch/make-it-a-watch thread. Best to all in the path of Hurricane Florence. I hope everyone fares well.

As for my "in the throws of a hurricane" watch, I'd wear this:

Through 5 episodes and absolutely love it. Also watching The Handmaids Tale (excellent but twisted). Ozark is up next and rewatching last season of GOT soon as it seems that was 7 years ago!

Really like the watch and respect to hell and back what Jason has built with his brand. That being said, I feel the price point here is too rich for my blood. If I saw one preowned on the market at a steal price I would probably pull the trigger. But, not expecting that to happen anytime ...

This is my favorite, by far. If you can find one, buy it. One of the best, if not the best case I have ever seen/worn. Amazingly comfortable, tough as nails and looks great. The lume, by the way, is nucleur!

Thanks guys for all of the input. First option is to have white applied indices. Might go flat though. I will see how both look on the actual dial. I am trying to find the balance of keeping with the heritage of this style with being "just different enough" from the others that have recently done a ...

This series will be denoted by the circle around my Trident logo to differentiate from my standard series dive watches. I will also be using only Swiss movements with ...

Re: New wheels

Thanks, all. Now the modding/tuning begins! Just be careful if you value your warranty. Aftermarket parts such as intakes, etc... will be red flags and they will look for a Tune. Tunes can be easily detected but Burger Motorsports and a few others makes plug-in tunes that can be removed with little...
