Last one until the next one?
Until the First One from the new CEO at the helm of Panerai.

I like the military green and would throw a camo strap on it. But I'm so over their distribution of these pieces.

I've got nothing really to add but to say that someone has to pay for all the free chocolate and espresso that a certain someone consumes each Friday. :banplz:

Just sayin'. :stir:

Re: JAEGER-LeCoultre Deep Sea Chronograph Vintage CERMET

I said it was my favorite release of SIHH 2013, but I don't think I actually love it. I almost always prefer SS over alternative, high-tech materials such as ceramic, CF, and the like. Really didn't love anything at SIHH this year, and I thought I was going to really dig the new Inge line from IWC....

Thanks! Unfortunately, I don't have the discretionary resources to just add to the collection. Instead I'm in and out of watches, which by its own right, ok since I get to enjoy various watches. On the other hand though, I miss some of the pieces that I had to let go. As for the faux-patina... it is...

Last year about this time, I started the year with a Rolex EII white dial. This year, hoping that Panerai is an auspicious start. http://i341.photobucket.com/albums/o384/luketani/Panerai%20GTG%20-%20September%202010/PAM448/Panerai-PAM448-Dial.jpg http://i341.photobucket.com/albums/o384/luketani/Pane...

The "big one" will be either an AP Carbon Diver or a PP Nautilus. Damn you!!! :banghead: I though the PP Nautilus was 'our' watch. 2012 sort of sidetracked my ambitions. With that said, 448 and 449 are here. I just have to pick them up. I'm still looking for a pristine 5402 A-Series (firs...
