real-world experience of MM

I LOVE the 035 Ninja Tuna. The shroud is not as shiny as you think. The bezel def has a shine to it, but check out this thread where I showed mine after a $50 bead blasted bezel job.; http://www.thedivewatchconnection.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=52884 It wears great and while I like the old Tuna hands...

Re: G Shock Square (5600) metal "mods"

Would these be considered replica Gshock parts? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk Pro Some may be- but people buying g shock parts and modding them has been around for a long time. Casio has no problem selling genuine parts and you can pretty much buy anything - see pacparts.com. So a real camo be...

Re: G Shock Square (5600) metal "mods"

I think these mods are cool. Some people at WUS get worked up over these as blasphemous since the parts are aftermarket and do have logos. While I’ve had a number of G-Shocks over the years I haven’t been much of a fan until the metal squares happened. I’ll always have at least one metal square G. ...

Re: G Shock Square (5600) metal "mods"

Thanks for the info last week Joe- for some reason when I searched on the Ebay app I only found like 3 listings, and one camo bezel in Ti. But I searched on the PC today and found multiple listings. What I got: https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/20200330/0d021d152d740149c52004be9f6b7528.png I opted fo...

Yep, on episode two. I like to take it slow, not a binge watcher. One of my favorite shows.

Re: Lockdown Survival - what are you doing?

I don't know where else to put this, but is anyone using an Instantpot these days? I wanted to share a killer chicken penne alfredo recipe that kicks ass. I know pasta is hard to come by these days and I had to substitute ziti tonight, but it'll work just fine. Sent from my Note8 using Tapatalk My ...

I LOVED my seiko MM300. Perfect in bracelet but floppy on NATO. Nice on the right rubber strap too.

Lockdown Survival - what are you doing?

Seriously though, I don't feel good tonight. I have a bunch of tightness in my chest and my lungs itch. I realize rationally I'm probably just having anxiety and allergies, but fuck this is getting to me being in New York. I'm so glad I'm not in NYC. I’ve had a few night like that. I woke up with a...

Re: Lockdown Survival - what are you doing?

Intermittent fasting works, but most diets that you can commit to will work. True. I don’t consider it a diet at all. I can still eat whatever I want- I don’t eat a ton of bad food anyway. I do feel like sometimes I don’t get to fit all the nutrition in some days. I eat fiber one bars now because e...

Re: Lockdown Survival - what are you doing?

I'm not certain I would be starting a fasting diet right now. I'm not a physician, but everything I have read suggests the best way to maintain a strong immune system is to eat a healthy diet, perform moderate exercise (nothing too extreme i.e. running a marathon) and get adequate sleep. I'm actual...
