Re: WRUW 15 April 21

Well down to this as my daily wear. Need to part with my Seiko 777. I thought that would be my “go to” weekender/beater...but why night have just one go to everyday...this is the most versatile watch I have owned and I have had the pleasure of owning many incredible examples over the years. My son ...

I have no need for a chronograph, but every time you post that watch I want one.

That combo looks good.
I'm kinda in the same boat; the vintage-reproduction is not typically my style of watch (especially from a micro), but this one is very appealing to me. Great combo.

I'm absolutely positive that a Rolex AD in Beverly Hills will have nothing but TT DJs and ladies' watches in stock. :)

Re: Tudor Releases New Watches April 7th

Gotta say - the silver version of the BB is growing on me. Yeah me too. I saw a pic somewhere and I had the feeling it looks even better in the real life. Like the OG BB without the gilt. https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/20210414/a59a5892a786e0586e189fd4291c1595.jpg I just don’t see the point of st...

Too bad no bracelet and that fucking lug gap [emoji30]
Tiny watch is for NATOs anyway. BB58 has always been perfect NATO watch on my wrist.

This would confuse me, but it’s pretty.
I mean, what’s more important? Being practical? Or being pretty to look at?

Supposed new Rolex line up...

For me, if you’ve wanted a 36mm explorer-style watch without the old stamped bracelet, you’ve always had the option of the 116000, which has been underpriced forever. My wife has had this one for 7+ years, and it’s still within the same realm in terms of pricing. (Pictures with the 39mm Explorer) ht...

Cyclops magnifiers are universally ugly. A horrible solution to creating a more visible date. I respect your opinion, but you're wrong and I hate you. Hahaha Can you imagine if, instead of offering an ability to change font size, Apple offered to sell you a magnifying glass to glue to your phone?? ...

Re: Tudor Releases New Watches April 7th

I actually love the 41mm Tudor sizing (BB GMT, BB Chrono), but I really want an adjustable clasp option... Does it have the flip out on the fly adjustment? Nope. No dive extension, no EZ-link, no spring-assisted micro-adjustment. Just your bog-standard, use-a-spring-bar-tool, clasp micro-adjustment...
