I like James and Jason. But I can't imagine I'd find any interest in a watch podcast at all. I've never even tried it.

Got my Omega Aqua Terra from the movie Spectre. Ha! You are thinking along entirely different lines than I would for my son's first vehicle. I was thinking along the lines of a basic "work truck" edition full size pick up with a bench seat. Make it big enough that he has good visibility and heavy enough that he is likely to survive his first acc...

Re: Wrong Movements Installed in Unimatic U1?

This is potentially something that completely breaks the company. I assume most microbrands offering $600 watches operate on margins slim enough that they can't afford to refund all buyers their purchase price (or make a whole new run of correct watches and send them out free of charge). Probably mo...

Wearing today my most "stupid" Dive watch... Present of my Ex-wife... It is 100m water resistant, but impossible to use it for diving => bezel is Fixed!!! Plus I think the Chrono a bit useless for diving and it makes the dial too crowded... Handsets and dial markers are not having enough lume, at 1...

What do you need an SD slot for with all the cloud storage available these days? Seems like a big liability. I don't even buy the largest capacity phones anymore because it's not necessary.

Re: why did the stainless ap diver (15710) not stick with you (or why did it)?

None of the above were issues for me. #1 - The scratches aren't a big deal as long as you keep the sharp edges, IMO. #2 - The service cost is actually very reasonable compared to other, equally costly watches. And AP service has been excellent in my experience. #3 - The rubber and bracelet are all y...

Hahaha didn't that Orion guy show up here awhile ago? Or was that another micro? I think Terry knew him. His Calamity Diver (black/blue/green dials) were nice. Bezels were a bit hard to turn but the proportions and quality looked good. Uses ETA 2824’s too. Here it goes: http://www.thedivewatchconne...
