Re: Briefcase

Some good suggestions already. I've had good luck with my Orvis Battenkill overnight bag. I don't have the briefcase, but if it's made to the same quality I think you'd be happy with it. https://www.orvis.com/p/battenkill-briefcase/4x8x Orvis also carries some all leather varieties, but they're sign...

I use a safety razor.

Having tried a straight razor, I now understand why all the guys in the 1800s had beards.

I understand that Panerai will give you a $2,000 discount if you're willing to make that landing.

I continue to find the RM business model fascinating. I guess it must be working, but I have yet to see one of their watches that I'd want to own, even if I could afford it.

I've sold everything except for this one. It works with suits, business casual and jeans/t-shirts. Doesn't work in water, but I rarely find myself in a situation where I'm getting wet unexpectedly, unless my 8 month old decides to pee on me. Still looking for a "head only" Speedy Pro. https://i.img...

Archie Luxury posted a video a while back telling Omega to bring it back - he must have some serious clout

I saw that all over social media today, but don’t understand the excitement. Congrats, you’re releasing an old movement? It's the history of the movement, how it was used (not just by Omega), and of course the near mythical status it's attained due to its association with the NASA space program. Sp...

The Speedmaster junkies are going to flip out (in a good way). I imagine Omega will introduce something close in time to Baselworld since Swatch Group won't actually be there.

This. Sounds like it was a fogging issue. Be curious to see if it fogs up again or if they really fixed it. I sincerely hope all is well with it.

I don't think anyone's mentioned it yet, but I just re-watched The Death of Stalin this weekend. Terrific political satire from Armando Iannucci (the creator of Veep and In the Loop). May be the best movie I saw last year.

Congrats! It’s a great looking watch. I had the regular DSSD for awhile, before the bracelet change. In the end it was just too thick and heavy for me, but it’s a great piece.

I wouldn't do green. Grey should work, and I think khaki or brown would work (it's a good shirt/trouser combination, so why not a watch?).

The problem is that the blue of the Pelagos is really intense.
