Looks really good. And half the price of that new Doxa chrono.

I love the comment about a date window on a Sub.

I didn’t realize Peart gave up drumming.

Yeah. He’s stated he can’t physically do it anymore. It’s a shame.

“YOU HAVE TO GO THROUGH THIS AS A COLLECTOR; YOU HAVE TO BUY SOME OF THE WRONG WATCHES TO KNOW WHAT’S THE RIGHT WATCH FOR YOU.” i've said something very similar to people outside the hobby who don't understand the buy/sell/trade carousel we all find ourselves on  This is true. Great pic of a great watch. Definite "one watch" candidate for me.

Well, you know Wu, so that's a strike against you.

But that GMT looks great and has a terrific backstory, so I'm going to go with "welcome!"

It looks fine for what it is, but do we really need another oversized vaguely submarineresque dive watch?

I always wonder about watches like this based on 'historical' movements that have been sitting around for decades. Are all of the movements fully serviced before being cased into the new watches? I assume so but it would be nice to know for sure. I had a similar question for CWC about their chronog...

I wonder how they are getting away with the statement "Made in America" with the Swiss movement? They must have found a loop hole somewhere. I like the watch also. Yeah no kidding. Made in America. Swiss movement. Piss off Timex. I really don’t see why anyone would be so upset about this. It says S...

Probably because they put “Swiss movement” right on the dial. Like clothing labeled “made in the USA with imported fabric.”

There has to be a happy medium between flooding the market and devaluing the brand and making so few that people are shooting each other in the street for them.

And I agree about O’Leary.

I’ve never really understood the business model of only producing highly desirable watches for a particular geographic area. Seems like Seiko is just leaving money on the table.

It’s not red. It’s like a Tampa Bay Buccaneers dark orange (not the old creamsicle).

This nice thing about a fluid trainer is it works all your little stabilizing muscles as you balance on the bike. Maybe spin classes do to. Are you the only dude in class? No, but there are definitely more women than men. Probably a 2:1 ratio. With spinning, I've found I need to actively engage my ...

Congrats on the weight loss and better health. I really enjoy riding, but I'm a road biker/spin class guy. Great exercise, and low impact when compared to running.
