Re: Badass shoe/boot link thread

I just picked up a pair of chukkas or vellies, as they call them, from Jim Green. Great price for some solid boots. Jim Green is a South African boot company that just started doing business in the US. Their boots are high quality and priced well, due to a lack of tariffs and a favorable exchange r...

Those look great for $90. Their Chelsea style boot looks nice, too. Those were my every day boots in NY for years.
I am pretty pleased with them. They feel well made.

Re: Denim

I haven’t picked up Bravestar yet, but I have heard good things about them. Enjoy the ride. I just picked up another pair of Pure Blue Japan, (xx-011 to join the xx-012), a few weeks ago and a pair of Railcar Flight Trousers. I lost 30 pounds and two pant sizes in 2018, so it was time to makes some ...

Re: Lockdown Survival - what are you doing?

Today would have been the day my son went in for a surgery consultation. I’d like to get my son’s surgery behind him... It would be done in a very quaint/private operating room within the pediatric center nobody frequents aside of medical professionals. I would know because this will be his third. ...

Re: Lockdown Survival - what are you doing?

Brought my Concept 2 Rower out of storage and started rowing daily. Not sure why I haven’t done this sooner. You could make a nice profit if you sold that right now. I just google them- there is a wait list. Why? Nordic track popped up too and they are in stock. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk A...

The guy is a douche. His dad set him up in business.

I also picked up a few masks from RZMask. Tested to block 99.9%. Getting them is a crap shoot. They release inventory every day. Thanks for the heads up on these. I scored some this morning, now sold out. I like the fact they they are reusable and the filters last a while. Once I start commuting to...

Re: Global slow down...

An average of over 102 people die in car accidents in the US in ONE day. Let’s get a grip. Media is blowing this shit out of proportion. If you’re older or in poor health, stay indoors and limit interaction. Otherwise, open the economy up and work toward vaccine. I can believe that number, for deat...

Re: Global slow down...

NYC was the last place that I heard of to close their school system. After Michigan. After Ohio. After tiny ass Ithaca NY. Yeah, Trump was the problem. It's fine not to like the guy, but don't beclown yourself over it. State and local governments might claim they were waiting for guidance from the ...
