What straps are you looking for? What material? What do you mean by quality? Barton is a reseller of $1.99 junk from Alibaba.
BP makes 23mm rubber strap for BPFF if you want rubber.
I had the BP rubber, not a fan.

Re: 23mm Straps

The 23mm lugs was one of the reasons I sold my steel one. Erika's Originals makes a few in 23mm. I still have a couple of the OEM nato's I converted to zulu that don't have a home.

When you can buy a brand new Speedmaster Professional on a bracelet from an AD for just a tiny bit more than some of Sinn's chronographs on a strap, then you know Sinn's prices are getting too high.
And from the right AD, the Speedmaster will be discounted.

Re: Seiko 6309-7049 bezel ratchet ring

Sounds like you’re thinking of an SKX bezel design. I’ll ask the guys here to correct me, it’s been a while since I played with a 6309. If memory serves, there’s no ratchet ring. The world’s smallest and easily loseable ball bearing sits in a little hole in the case on top of a tiny escape artist o...

The blue is awesome. I’ve worn the original and love it, no size issue. Definitely not your grannies bloomers, unless you’re into that sort of thing.

Now that Wu closed the other thread maybe another investment thread to figure out how not to catch a falling knife? I've seen them done in other forums I belong to and all have seemed to keep politics out or to a minimum. I've got about $5k I want to stuff into Vanguard ETFs and don't think I misse...

Re: Global slow down...

We’re all victims of the 24 hour news cycle and its hyperbole. But no mention of the one outlet with ‘commentators’ saying Corona virus is a hoax? No one’s upset about the public health ramifications of this? No one’s upset over this agenda of conspiracy theories? Not to mention the complete dishon...

I’ve never understood the love for those Tropic straps. Every one I have tried has sucked.
Yup. Stiff and uncomfortable.
Perfectly describes the one I have. In fact, if someone here wants mine (22mm), they can pay the shipping and have it for free.

Re: Rolex funny

Assuming Rolex hasn't completed the service and won't budge on the new extension, have your AD request that the watch be returned to you unserviced. Re-install the extension and send it back in. PITA, but has to be better than whatever Rolex will charge your for a new extension. Or just get it back...

Re: ROLEX raises prices 3 to 4 percent.

IIRC, Rolex hasn’t had a price increase on steel sport models in 6 years, so a 4% increase isn’t out of line considering inflation. With demand out pacing production, I’m surprised the increase isn’t more.

Saw that article. Stern’s reasoning for not increasing steel models so as not to become an IWC makes some sense. But damned if they are not leaving cash on the table and pissing customers off in the process. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk I agree. I wonder if Rolex is working with this same min...
