Have the same issue- not just rubber but leather as well. Unless you go custom I think it’s something we just live with.
I have had decent luck with Hirsch straps as for some models they have short, standard and long.

I like the Tudor 41mm monochrome.. Kind of a meh on Rolex and IWC.. Love the JLC… Not sure what to make of Bremont.. That Bremont Supermarine is a mess. I thought it looked like shit on the bracelet and would look better on a strap. Couldn’t have been more wrong. ——— Not sure what the Bremont logo ...

Very surprised at the clasp choice… basically says you can remove links to size 🫤. which is basically what all butterfly clasps on bracelets are. and for a short time a couple of years ago, i was in between link sizes on both my 556i and my aqua terra, so i didn't wear either for nearly a year til ...
