Re: New iPhone battery case

Real question. Does the phone batteries usually not last more than one day? I put new batteries in my wife and daughter's phone and they now get a full day out of them.

Re: New Pelagos Strap from Crafter Blue

I’ve had one on my pelagos for a week. I wish the rubber flared out from the lugs a bit more. The way it is - it pinches the sides of my wrist and does not allow the watch to sit comfortably on the top of my wrist. I had the same issue with my Seiko MM, SKX, and Sumo. I think if you have a larger w...

Skip to the 3:22 mark if you want to see this lady start shredding this guitar. She rocks the hell out of it for about 2.5 minutes. She is on fire!

I have all the parts needed to make a new watch. I should pick one up.
Would love to see some good photos next to a genuine case.
When I get mine I will do some comparion's. They said it is not exact. It is a upgrade, so the lugs are thicker for the drilled holes.

Can’t you just put a better movement in the case?
Yes. You have to change out the crown/tube for the upgraded movement just like you would have to on the stock case.

Probably not many peoples taste and not the best recording. This was right before I left the band in 2013. I’m on the right with the white telecaster. Can’t hear it well but there’s a solo around 2:25

I like the drilled lugs option. It just needs a movement worth the price. The 7S is nice and all but it’s still a pile.

Re: Starter straight razor?

I think I might give it a try. Anyone recommend a cheap starter straight razor? Dude, it’s called a “straight razor” because it’s a single blade. It doesn’t have magic powers. [emoji12][emoji16] don't get my low T's riled up! I used a straight razor for a bit. It’s tough to get a hang of and takes ...

New SKX case from Crystal Times

I am not gonna mention any names but a turtle hoarder I know put me onto this case. https://crystaltimes.net/?s=CT700

Since I have a SKX case that has some rot on it I will be changing it out with this one.

Re: Starter straight razor?

First off, don't get a "cheap" blade. You'll have nothing but problems honing and stropping the edge. Dovo and Thiers are both the only blades in my collection. Just remember to get them "shave ready". And no, they don't come from the factory that way. Add to that a QUALITY strop and you're set. Hi...

Re: Starter straight razor?

If you have a good barber or stylist that uses a straight razor, ask them for some tips. There are videos on YouTube showing proper technique. I usually shave in the shower in the morning half asleep so I won't try a straight razor yet.... The amazing woman that cuts my hair always does a hot foam ...
