Re: Worn & Wound story on ISO compliance isn't ISO compliant :-)

Seikos you show clearly have every minute marked. Those dots are the markings past 15 minutes. It clearly complies. Welcome to the world of standards. [emoji6] If you want to say that the numbers obscure some of the markings, maybe but it's nitpicking and I would reply that you can still count the n...

Re: Worn & Wound story on ISO compliance isn't ISO compliant :-)

The spec is very poorly written. A minute scale does not necessarily imply that every minute must be marked. Reinforced by the fact that it only states that every five minutes be clearly marked. A track that is clearly marked every five minutes is still a minute track. They should hire someone who ...

I like the Sinn 757 and EZM10, although the subdials might eventually bug me (and I don’t own either). I wear my Gulfman most days. Nothing in my collection speaks to me that loudly anymore. Wtf. Need to re-evaluate.
Or just back away for a little while, let it be fresh again :)

I love my SLA017 and that is truly a contender, but it’s exclusively would make me worry about banging it up too much. The SBDC I wear like I stole it (and...

Re: Hodinkee's "One-watch" article

Is it just me or when you think about the "one watch" question the thought of "yeah but G-shocks don't count" or "I can also pair it with an SKX" comes to your mind? #itsadisease So, I meant _truly_ one watch. No SKX, no G-Shock. Because that may change your choices a bit. For instance, on my motor...
