Toxicavenger, why would the lume rub the dial, is it not only on the top of the hands? The hands are hollow in the middle and lume fills the gap. I believe they said the hands were previously re-lumed and over filled? And if the lume is flaking off and landing on dial, it can stain it over time. Bu...
