^^^ Looks great Ed...but you'll sell it in 1 week, because it's too small for you. You much funny boy. Not likely to leave. Hard to get, hard to replace. It’s perfect on nato. 40mm diameter, 49 tip of lug to tip of lug, bit they curve nicely, only about 11.5 tall. Lightweight as it’s hand wound. Wi...

Yea, I did it and I’m glad I did. Vertex M100. It’s awesome. I’ll do a thread later, but for now... It’s good that you’ve mellowed in this area Jon. When you do develop your own personal “patina” on them, it’ll be a constant reminder of how much you’ve enjoyed them. This is a good thing.

just remember.....I have dibs on the PO.

I’d be careful about putting a legitimate load on that buckle. Probably fine for day to day, but I wouldn’t bet my life on it. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk Pro The only load that the buckle might take, is one from Hoppy... :o They will be used as "day to day" belts, not for work. :salute: #MeToo

Re: SIHH 2018

I've never seen an adjustable butterfly clasp. the nsa articulated rubber and titanium bracelets have micro-adjustment on both sides of the clasp. you can change one side or both and it's the perfect amount of adjustment for temp variation imo. Had I known this I’d have picked up the NSA when it wa...

Re: SIHH 2018

It may not be explorer killer but it's 41mm instead of 39 and less of a shiny bezel. And less Rolex attention, so it's a better watch for me https://media.fotki.com/2v2J9s6qGxAqZad.jpg I love this. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk I do too. Does JLC use an Omega/Rolex style adjustable clasp? From...

Re: SIHH 2018

Again I don't know about explorer killer or what not, I think those type of statements are silly and it's not like JLC directly competes with Rolex but damn this is gorgeous https://media.fotki.com/2v2J9rASgxAqZad.jpg It really is, seconds ticks and all. Since all-dial watches of this type tend to ...

Re: SIHH 2018

I lusted for the Tribute model but it was out of my league. Since I also don’t need a Chrono or alarm, either the date or no-date can work for me. The dual crown - all dial look should wear great in 41 or 42mm sizes. Any idea when these will start showing up at dealers? Alarm, Date and No date are ...

^ I’m with you. Not long ago, one could spot the fakes by their poor fonts, incorrect magnification, or generally sloppy workmanship. The fakers apparently have learned quickly. It’s despicable.
