Cool beater. Does anyone have a potential source for these beyond the Singapore/Malaysia/Brunei-only ADs listed on Citizen's site?

I kinda like it. Make it 40mm, thin, and tweak the proportions. Basically, change everything about it and I still wouldn't buy it.
I kinda like it, too. I do like the art deco-styled dial and hands, but 47mm would be obscene on my wrist, and I still wouldn't be tempted at 40-44mm.

'rare' Domino's Rolex for auction

I must be missing something. As others have illustrated, these have been—FS but not selling—on various fora for years. Rare? No. How is this news? [emoji848] As to the rest of the discussion, I wholeheartedly agree. The hobby has become far less enjoyable due to the various factors discussed above. ...

So I tried this on during lunch and I must say it's not horrible on the wrist if you're into that type of watch/case/bracelet. I would say if I liked and had the real thing I'd get this as a beater for ~$1300. 200m WR as well and a screw down crown. https://media.fotki.com/2v2JYG44VxAqZad.jpg I thi...

Re: Ad Patina Vintage Ads

I’ve found a few 70s and 80s Nat Geos with Rolex, Omega, and Cartier ads but nothing older unfortunately. Old "Life" and "Look" magazines are a good source. Most larger antique shows and shops have at least one vendor selling birthday date issues, sometimes going back to the 1930's. Vintage trade p...
