The bronze Bucherer BB (BBBB?) was also an LE.
I have one of those and they aren't LE (not limited in number) but limited in distribution through Bucherer only.

Looks great Roger!!!

We didn't find out about the snow report until we went grocery shopping yesterday and it took hours to get out of there. :banghead:
Thank Terry.

That's the kind of jury-rigged mess I'd expect from a far-east vintage Seiko puppy mill, not an established micro.
Yeah, based on the # of years they've been around, this bush league shit is unacceptable. :tap: :smack:

Wrong Movements Installed in Unimatic U1?

Is it possible the owner bought it second hand and that the previous owner did the movement swap after f-ing up the original movement? This seems too fubar to come from someone who’s been in the business that long. This is JV league shit.

Grab 'n Go 2.0

Looks like this will stick around (and I've said that before). I was considering one of these (from Brent's sale post). https://i.imgur.com/oHQpEKF.jpg However, it's twice the price and more than I want to spend. The previous version [41mm Aerospace Advantage (E79362)] is what I have and they go fr...

Re: Grab 'n Go 2.0

The wave dials and sward hands make a great combo. If this one doesn't stick, try an Aerospace. The Ti and super quartz make a great Grab and Go.

Re: Willy/Shorty and our Florida/Alabama Family - stay safe

My brother is in Navarre and I just talked to him. 80 miles west of where it's supposed to hit in PCB and they are getting high winds and rain already but he said they are expected to get 70 mph winds and rain so he should be good. PCB on the other hand is going to get some major damage.

Re: A new high in low[balls]...

It's on par with all the WUS tire kickers wanting to do their own flips to make a few hundred dollars. Every time I list there, they come out of the woodwork with "what's your lowest price" or "Will you take $X" - usually 25-40% less than asking price. It generally pisses me off so much that when I ...

Hahaha didn't that Orion guy show up here awhile ago? Or was that another micro? I think Terry knew him. His Calamity Diver (black/blue/green dials) were nice. Bezels were a bit hard to turn but the proportions and quality looked good. Uses ETA 2824’s too. Here it goes: http://www.thedivewatchconne...

yeah, but what watch was jon wearing? definitely some heavy hitters in that group. I decided to let him eat in peace. There were ~25 of us drinking and talking a few tables away and I figured if he wanted to socialize he’d have come over to see what the fuss was about. Couple of the guys went to ta...
