Re: Breguet Type 20 for 'Only Watch'

35,000-50,000 for a remake
https://www.classicwatch.com/asp/viewer.asp?ref=rxr0331
Real McCoy for 27,000 with military issued heritage.
Now for some that use the excuse new over vintage there using a vintage movement in the new one. They did do a nice job but I like the real McCoy a little better.

Re: Longines Legend Diver for small wrists

Really 36mm not bad. I remember years ago on this forum when Longines started remaking these and a lot of forum members owned them never heard any one complain about the size. Maybe buy a 36mm watch some thing that don't cost a lot and test drive it for a week and that size mite not look bad and you...

Re: Incoming Hamilton 6B/910-1000 H

Here is some thing I think is cool and different about these. The early none hacking ones the hour and minute hands are not painted there made out of brass so when the light hit's them just right they show up real good and look kind of neat. The later models that hack are painted white. Hard to get ...

Looks fantastic Mike. Hope all is well in your little slice of heaven
Believe it or not it snowed in the higher elevation the other day and was in the 40's with cold rain but stating to get back into the 70's. Weather in MT can change on a dime.

Re: RAF collection

Very cool. Have you tried to pick up a RAF IWC? Should of got one years ago but they are now a little rich for my blood they are not cheap now. They are a cool watch even the movement has the broad arrow mark The Hamilton 6B is some times called the poor mans version of it due to the similarities i...

Since I just added another RAF watch to the collection thought I would do a group shot of every RAF timepiece in the collection. The one on the bottom with white dial has a issue date of 1940 imagine if that one could talk the Battle of Britain was going on in that year. It's the history these watch...

Incoming Hamilton 6B/910-1000 H

Been wanting to try one of these a British RAF issued Hamilton 6B/910-1000 H for a while this is the first model with none hacking movement. The later ones had a hacking movement. This has a 36mm case with 18mm lugs with Cal. 75 hand wind movement so a larger case than most military issued Hamilton ...

When I get it right I will post a photo of the deep dish pizza. My sister gave me some home made dough she made...

Re: Movie suggestions!!

Here is another I got the DVD on this one (they shall never grow old) about WW1 were they made old black and white WW1 footage into color and gave it sound I think they did a great job. Weird not one solder is alive from this film. I remember in the 1970's talking to WW1 veterans at the Yountville v...
