Funny, I'd have thought their worst would be the "skin diver."

"Whatcha wearing honey?"

"Oh this? It's just my Ballskin-diver."

Mods just closed the thread. Guess they couldn't take the shitshow either. Still unresolved by the last page as well too, which is a bummer for sure.

Re: In the North of Bali for some deeper dives

So rad! Diving near Ahmed? Also, what's your camera setup for those macros? Great stuff! We were north of Ahmed, but we did pop down there to do what ended up being a drift dive with strong current on the day. Camera is a Panasonic LX100 (also released as the Leica D-Lux Typ 109). Both have the sam...

The entitlement on these guys is just baffling. Nobody goes into a store with the expectation that if they strong-arm the cashier, they'll pay less. What a bunch of twats.

Re: New Omega Seamaster Diver 300M Co Axial

Hell of a lot of watch for the money – between this and the Railmaster, I'd say that Omega has two of the biggest bang-for-buck watches in the segment when it comes to features, innovation and history.

These buyer/dealer folks don't really belong on the forum sales platform. We are looking for a collector to collector transaction, not a commercial transaction.
Agree, and that's kinda why 'Recon is largely ruined – totally clogged up with dealer listings.

Re: I Hate When.........

One of my all-time favorite FS listings was a few years back for a Jean Richard Aquascope. Was dead-set on selling it, but every time I look at the photos for the listing, I wonder if I should chase it down again. Watch was hella photogenic.

Dig it, but if I've gotta nitpick, it's that sometimes you fly to a timezone that's behind your current one. Isn't the whole point of an independently adjustable hour hand that it goes in both directions? Otherwise, I'll just take a standard 2893.

Re: Can I pull this off?

These Constellations are waaaaay more versatile than anyone gives 'em credit for. 34mm is pretty small, but given the thinness of the bezel, I'd say it probably wears closer to a 36. Looks to be in great shape too – I'd pounce before the 'Dink starts proclaiming this "the next Datejust."

Re: Thinking about next purchase.

I can't get over how awkward the BB Chrono looks – just looks too much like a fan-made mashup, and not in a good way. Whereas that Speedy is a pretty awesome modern interpretation of a classic (this is the Speedmaster's Seamaster 300, I'd argue), is a strap monster, looks the tits, and is WR to 100 ...
