It looks fantastic Todd. I thought you already had one of the regular editions though? Did I miss a sales post or are you keeping both?

Nice read Aquastar Deepstar >>>

Sorry for being a dick, but I think it would have looked 2000 times better if it were much smaller.
Still a great watch

Re: Nice read Aquastar Deepstar >>>

This watch looks great, but the dimensions make it wear like a clown watch on a small wrist.
The proportions were perfect to make a small watch look.. .just right (large lugs, long LTL but only 37mm).
By upsizing it they made it perfect for Art or Hoppy and stupid for everybody with a sub 7" wrist

Whenever there’s heavy usage of ALL CAPS I always skip. It is something that seems to have a 99.9% correlation with IQ.

Re: New Seiko Thread

If these wear like a 40mm as I expect, I’ll get one for sure, unless I hit a great bonus which would shift my attention to a 36mm DJ

A hard one to put down isn’t it?
The slim profile, SEL, true GMT (which I use a lot as I work with markets on different time zones) and overall great size make it one of my favorites.

Man I want a Mark XV so bad.
Very hard to find though, especially in great condition.

I have an olive of yours for my 14060m and it looks great.
I hate how regular natos make watches look taller so a two piece was the choice for me.

Is this the same case as Yao’s Hawkinge?
It’s similar but somehow looks better, so maybe not

Christopher Ward’s C65 Chronograph

I like this one quite a bit, thanks Tom!
If I have to be picky the crown/pushers seem a bit oversized, I’d have liked for a slightly narrower bracelet at the lugs and it’s a bit tall (but the case profile helps).

Same one I’ve been wearing for a month and a half.
Loving it.
Getting ready to leave to HK in less than a week with the fam.
Shaping up to be a great day overall.

Same here. The one in the 104 case is ok on bracelet but I’d vastly prefer an EZM3 or a 104.

Quick question: is there any “real” GMT movement available on the market to be used?

These look very cool, and if the sinn-like bracelet is half as comfortable as the original, they’re going to wear great.

I’m with the majority here.
While I always liked their prior offerings (even if not enough to pull the trigger, there always seemed to be a little something off), but I think fliegers are one type of watch where you just want to be conservative.
