all the orient divers are really good gateway divers. a little dressier than most divers, so reasonably suitable as an only watch for most people and inexpensive enough to take a flier.

titanium would make the MPP a lot more wearable. i like the looks of mine, but (a) wish it wasn't so top-heavy and (b)wish i hadn't experimented with rose gold (that one's on me). titanium should help with the top-heavy part.

I kinda disagree. My 43.5 PO 8900 is more comfortable, more wearable, and better in every respect than my 45.5 PO 2500 -except in the classic look. The 8900 is a fantastic watch. Each generation of the PO has its endearing traits. i mean, there is the whole "it's 2mm smaller diameter" thing to comp...
I guess it’s on the orange side of red. At least in this pic, it doesn’t look particularly orange. Especially since they’ve hit a good orange with the original PO 2500/8500.
I’m knobs if glad they went red in white instead of grey. They keep trying too hard on adding colors. but they’re still missing the boat of the simple grey bezel on the polar white.
