Re: Soundbar vs Satellite speakers
Center and sub are most important, but wife factor is too. If you already have a receiver and want to make use of it, that takes you a one direction. If not, sound bar handles processing. My wife hates all that stuff and many years ago I had someone put surrounds and back surrounds in the ceiling. M...

Happy Father’s Day!
I realized I haven’t unpacked any watch since I made the drive to SC to ride out C-19 in mid March. It’s been all Apple Watch until today.

I’ve had the Wonderboom from Ultimate Ears for about 3 years now. Small with big sound, travel friendly, 10 h battery life, waterproof, and floats. Had it on the beach, camping trips, clipped to a golf cart. Kids have thrown it across the room into the wall. Still works great. Been meaning to grab ...

The Art of Driving in the Rain.
I started watching this on a plane a couple months ago and started to sense getting moist eyes so turned it off.
It is now on HBO.

Made a delicious "kitchen sink" stromboli (oscar meyer bologna, gallo sliced salami, bulk italian sausage, some of my kid's lunch string cheese, kraft parm, couple slices of baby swiss, dash of dried italian herbs) with muffaletta as the sauce (giardiniera and tapenade mixed together). Was actually...

I also have a Cannondale 29 hardtail. Love it! https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/20200416/d46a10e088a15154ad04346a8d902110.jpg That’s a beauty. I’ve been looking at the Trek Marlin 6. I really don’t need anything more high performance than that. If you can find a dealer, look at the Giant Talon inst...

Boot order is probably default to network, dvd/cdrom , then disk. Network may be first or not there unless enabled somewhere else. This makes sense and can be left alone. If you don’t have a bootable disk in dvd/cdrom drive, it then goes to hard drive. You can leave this as is, and simply remove the...

I have a 29+ hard tail and love it, but it would take getting used to if you are used to light and nimble.
Get the tire pressure right and you can drive over a lot, which is usually a good match with my limited skills.

I thought the Irishman was just OK. Too long, slow-paced, and I couldn't help feel that the whole was a bit less than its parts. I don't see myself ever watching it again. Not exactly in the realm of The Godfather, Goodfellas, etc (or even Heat). Exactly sums up my opinion as well Sent from my iPad...

I think it was this thread that got me turn onto 1000 mile. Brought several and love them. Fast forward, I see a sale/close-out, a couple years ago and buy a “good buy” If anybody needs a suede green 1000 mile size 11 boot, let me know. Maybe a Irish fan or a perhaps a shamrock with big feet irking ...

Re: Crepas Engelsfisch On Kickstarter
I have had a few and loved them but none of the designs recently speak to me. I have that issue with a bunch the micros I used to like. Their presale system always bugged me, but I got the vibe that American customers were a small part of their sales. I had this fantasy that they didn’t respond to m...

I think they look good as well.
I can’t pictures worth a damm. I got a decent Sony point and click a year ago and that isn’t any better than my iPhone, even for still shots, so I am almost convinced it is me.
